Good Life's Exclusive 3 Year Extended Warranty
gives you 3 full years of protection! In the unlikely event your
unit stops working, simply call our Customer Care Center to get
an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, ship the unit
back to us, and we will send you back a brand new unit free of
charge!
WARRANTY DETAILS
Good Life® LLC warrants its products to be
free of defects due to manufacturing for one full year after the
date of receipt. This certificate confirms that you have
purchased our optional 3 Year Extended Warranty, certifying your
product to be free of manufacturing defects for a total of 3
years after the date of receipt.
Should your product fail to operate due to
manufacturing defect within the 3 year time period, Good Life®
LLC will replace the product free of charge after return of the
defective unit.
In the event you need to use the warranty,
simply call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-657-8214 (USA) or
1-541-245-4488 (Outside the USA) to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
The sole obligation of Good Life ® LLC under
this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at Good Life®
LLC’s discretion. This warranty only applies to the original
owner and to a product purchased directly from Good Life ® LLC
or a Good Life ® LLC authorized dealer.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover damage occurring
from and not limited to accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse
or abuse, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, and
modifications or repairs not recommended or approved in writing
by Good Life® LLC.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs to
Good Life® LLC, or Good Life® LLC authorized dealers.
